Upper-eyelid surgery
The source page presents treatment principles, the medical team, safety standards and recovery information together. The original content order is retained below.
Systematically analyze the cause of drooping to create younger, brighter eyes.
In the forties and fifties, eyelids may descend and levator function may weaken, increasing reliance on the forehead. This can deepen forehead wrinkles and cause heavy, tired eyes later in the day. Because aging often affects the brows and forehead as well, forehead lifting can address all three areas together.

Incisional eyelid correction
Precisely adjust levator strength to correct ptosis or multiple eyelid folds. A minimally invasive incision creates stable eye contours while improving looseness around the eyes for a brighter gaze.

Forehead-lift method
When eyelid and brow descent causes severe wrinkles around the eyes or nasal bridge, double-eyelid surgery alone cannot correct the forehead and lids, so this operation lifts both together.

Lower-eyelid surgery
Smooth, luminous eye-area skin-REAL's age-appropriate approach creates a younger, brighter look.

Removes dark circles, fat and loose skin, reduces wrinkles and restores fullness for a markedly younger eye area.
Loose under-eye skin and uneven fat create a tired, aged look. Excess fat and wrinkled skin are removed, while muscle and skin are lifted for a more energetic, youthful appearance.
Severe dark circles
When eye-area skin becomes thin and loses elasticity

Severe under-eye wrinkles with loose, sagging skin
Accurately assess skin and fat and design the operation.

REAL anti-aging lifting
Precisely adjust levator strength to correct ptosis or multiple eyelid folds. A minimally invasive incision creates stable eye contours while improving looseness around the eyes for a brighter gaze.
Without an incision, advanced suture technology precisely adjusts the eyelid curve. With less trauma and faster recovery, it preserves a natural texture while lifting the crease for bright open eyes and no visible trace when closed.

Common questions
Questions and answers
Review common concerns before your consultation
Are upper and lower eyelid procedures only for older people?+
Not always, but because aging changes usually worsen with age, these procedures are commonly performed after 40. An exception is severe under-eye wrinkling or marked lid drooping, when eyelid surgery may be combined with double-eyelid surgery around age 30.
One eye droops more than the other. What should I do?+
Autologous fat grafting is semi-permanent. Once the graft stabilizes, there is usually little obvious change after about two weeks if body weight remains stable. Weight loss can shrink fat cells, and fat volume may also decline with age.
I am older and worried about anesthesia. Is it safe?+
A second procedure adds volume to areas that received insufficient grafting in the first session. It is generally recommended 1-3 months later, after major swelling has subsided.
I only want double-eyelid surgery. Do I also need upper-eyelid surgery?+
Avoid rapid dieting after autologous fat grafting. Even after successful survival, substantial weight loss can reduce both fat-tissue volume and the total number of fat cells.
